The 5th Wing "Giuseppe Cenni" was a fighter wing of the Italian Air Force established at Rome Ciampino Airport on 1 January 1934 and no longer operational since 5 October 2010. It was made up of F84-G fighter-bombers.
Their primary mission was to strike with tactical nuclear weapons against targets located in the territory of the Warsaw Pact.
